After Daa! Daa! Daa!, Ruu is now a cheerful youth living in his home, Planet Otto. Then, a confused girl named Miu arrives through a wormhole from Earth. Ruu joins up with her and promises to take her home. Unknown to Ruu, Miu is the daughter of the same people who took good care of him in his stay on Earth.

Having to repeat his final year in Tsurugamine High School, Kotaro is drawn to Judo through the encounters he make with first-year students Kumi Mifune, Sanshiro Saigo and Daigo Daigo. Having lost to Kotaro, first-year Judoka Kumi Mifune endeared to learn the Karate discipline in order to defeat Kotaro. However, the ambitious delinquent Judoka Daigo captured her as a bait to take on Kotaro and take over his long-standing Kyokutan dojo. Sanshiro Saigo who happened to be with Kumi was taken as well and caused the Judo Club to be involved in the conflict with Kotaro. With the return of many previous characters (though many of them just making brief appearances) such as Shikato Tenzen, Momotaro Ushirono, Teruhiko Tenkouji and Kyoushiro Inamori; mixed with the appearance of new characters such as the leaders of the male and female Judo Clubs; Toshihiko Iga who seemed to know Kotaro very well and Rumiko Mitsugi whose panties Kotaro and Tenzen could never "possess" respectively, the new arc of Kotaro brings him and Mayumi to the world of Judo filled with the familiar mix of comedy, ecchi, and martial arts.

Follows two girls named Arisa and Marika. Though raised as sisters, Arisa is one day entrusted to the elite Jumonji magical family, separating them for two years. Now, both are enrolled at First High School, and finally reunite.

Dark Horse: Stunning, hotheaded Asuka Langley Soryu has been friends with Shinji Ikari since they were little. Ikusei Keikaku means something along the lines of "Raising Project", and is a series of games that are based around the concepts of Gainax's old Princess Maker games. These games allow you to more or less "raise" the character as if you were some sort of parental figure. Don't ask me for the particulars, I've never played it or seen it in action. But you can more or less mold the character into the adult you would like them to be. Previously there have been Rei and Asuka raising games, and most recently, a Shinji raising game. For some peculiar reason, they decided to release a manga to tie into the new raising game. The manga begins in a manner quite similar to the alternate universe of episode 26 of the TV series, as well as the Girlfriend of Steel 2 manga. In that aspect, this manga will seem quite "familiar" to you.

Upon entering Takamanohara Academy Waka meets Moriya, a strange boy who seems to know him, though the feeling isn't mutual. Despite not knowing who Moriya is, Waka feels a strange pull to him.
